Getting Started<\/span><\/p>\n

After the transportation or storing of the device at low temperatures, the device needs to be kept for at least 2 hours at room temperature before use.<\/span><\/p>\n

Remove the device from its package to make visually sure that there is no mechanical damage. Check completeness of the device.<\/span><\/p>\n

Open the back cover of the unit’s body (the battery) and put 2 batteries in the bay, observing polarity.<\/span>
\n Close the back cover of the device case.<\/span><\/p>\n

Attach the appropriate electrodes to the appropriate jack on the device.<\/span><\/p>\n

Attention! To avoid failure of the device, it is strictly prohibited to contact the device electrodes to each other.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mount the device in a comfortable position so as to prevent tension wire electrodes.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. To switch the device on, press and hold button<\/span>
\n In 3-5 seconds there will be given a short beep and the operation indicator (one of seven) will be on.<\/span><\/p>\n

Release button 10 \u2013 the device in standby mode.<\/span>
\n After 15-20 seconds you will hear a double beep and see switch-on indicator of Program 8 light up: the device is now ready for use.<\/span><\/p>\n

It should be noted that the device remembers the last user settings and when you switch the device next time, the previous program will be on.<\/span><\/p>\n

MODE SELECTION<\/span>
\n Mode selection can be done immediately after the display mode is on (one of seven).<\/span>
\n To do this, press and release button 12.<\/span>
\n Each time you press this button, the indicator with bigger number (from 1st to 7th) lights up, after the 7th \u2013 the 1st again and so on, until the indicator of desired mode lights up.<\/span>
\n Changing the voltage on the electrodes.<\/span>
\n The voltage on the electrodes can be changed immediately right after selection of the operation mode or in standby mode of the device.<\/span>
\n To do this, press and release button 11 (middle button). You will hear a short beep.<\/span>
\n After this, the device works in voltage variation mode on the electrodes.<\/span>
\n While working, the bigger voltage, the more indicators light up.<\/span>
\n By pressing button 11 you can increase voltage on the electrodes, by pressing button 12 you can decrease it.<\/span><\/p>\n

If to press and release one of the buttons, the voltage will change one step ahead, and there comes a short flash of the mode indicator 9.<\/span><\/p>\n

If to press and hold one of the buttons in the voltage variation position, in about 1 second the mode indicator 9 starts winking, and the voltage will be changing automatically while one of the buttons (11-12) is being held down.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the voltage reaches minimum (while pressing or holding up button 12) or maximum (while pressing or holding up button 11), a beep will be heard.<\/span><\/p>\n

This means that further voltage changing is impossible. You can quit voltage adjustment mode by pressing and releasing button 10.<\/span>
\n If not to press button 10, in 10 seconds the device will quit the mode automatically<\/span><\/p>\n

Changing the voltage across the electrodes you bring the level of output pulses to the feeling of tingling sensation in the skin or slight sensation of vibration from the electrodes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Massage with smooth movements painful areas of the body by trailing electrode (in the form of surface slip on the skin) including healthy zones.<\/span><\/p>\n

THE OPERATING PRINCIPLE OF THE DEVICE<\/span><\/p>\n

In 1942, the American pathologist P. Klemperer brought together by the term «collagen» a diverse group of diseases that were common manifestation of diffuse inflammatory and degenerative lesion of connective tissue.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since changes in the structure and amount of collagen in these diseases arise as a secondary phenomenon, Klemperer later called this type of pathology diffuse diseases of connective tissue.<\/span><\/p>\n

These include damage to the connective tissue of the joints (rheumatoid arthritis), capillary (lupus erythematosus), skin (scleroderma), muscles (myositis), and blood vessels (polyarteritis).<\/span>
\n Women suffer from these diseases approximately 4 times more often than men.<\/span><\/p>\n

For diseases of the connective tissue, pathology of the immune system is typical, leading to the development of an autoimmune process (i.e., the immunological attack on those or other structures of the body’s own structures).<\/span><\/p>\n

General mechanism for the development of most human diseases is now clear, which is in violation of the integrative role of connective tissue.<\/span><\/p>\n

Treatment and prevention of these diseases are produced by deliberate action on the ailing connective tissue.<\/span>
\n For example, the strength characteristics of the connective tissue in different people are different.<\/span><\/p>\n

In age and biological periods of life they are, too, different and are manifested by hundreds of syndromes, symptoms and diseases: hernias, varicose veins, weak vascular resistance (low blood pressure), weak ligaments of the brain (concussion, bruising of the brain), dislocations, fractures, visceroptosis, dyskinesia of intestinal, biliary and urinary tract, hemorrhoids, rectal prolapse, prolapse of uterus, and even obesity (weakness of intercellular structures of fat).<\/span><\/p>\n

Disruption of connective tissue either inhibits cell proliferation, which causes chronic disease (chronic ulcers of the gastrointestinal tract, chronic acalculous disease of bile, urinary, reproductive tract infections, chronic diseases of bones, ligaments, eyes, skin, ear, etc.), or causes atypical processes of reproduction, and early there are benign (adenoma, lipoma, fibroma) and then malignant tumors (carcinomas, sarcomas, lymphomas, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n

One symptom of a connective tissue disease is a disorder of all types of immunity (antiviral, antibacterial, anticancer).<\/span><\/p>\n

This generates a variety of atopies, allergy to hundreds of various diseases, where an allergy acts in suffering people to the fore: bronchial asthma, urticaria, diathesis, collagen, infectious and noninfectious arthritis, postinfarction syndrome, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Any immune response acts through the work of connective tissue cells (mast, basophils, macrophages, fibroblasts, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Patients with VLPN was appointed TR2, 4, 5 with FCE on the affected areas of the spine, back, pelvis and buttocks.<\/span>
\n Patients with facial neuralgia and trigeminal nerve used TR2, 3 installing FCE in the following areas — forehead, upper jaw, temples, and temporomandibular joint, jaw in the affected area, the cervical spine. All patients received a positive clinical outcome: decreased headache, increased mental and physical activity, decreased conduction pain, increased range of motion in the spine and strength of muscle contractions by improving the trophic processes (VLPN), normalized face configuration (LCN), accompanied by positive dynamics of electrophysiological and acupuncture methods.<\/span>
\n 2 \u2013 (19 patients) \u2013 trauma and orthopaedic profile: deforming osteoarthrosis of knee joints (DOA \u2013 8), advanced vertebral osteochondrosis (OC \u2013 4), lumbar spine osteochondrosis (LSO \u2013 7). Patients with DOA were appointed TR2, 3, 5, patients with OC and LSO \u2013 TR2, 5 (with little effect, in addition \u2013 TR2, 4, 5) overlaying FCE on a site with maximum pain and dysfunction (in cases of DOA \u2013 on each knee separately). As a result of treatment improved the general condition of patients due to the positive dynamics: together with a decrease in pain in the knee joint during walking, observed an increase in the angles of passive and active extension (DOA), reduction of pain along the spine accompanied by activation of the motion in the cervical spine, upper and lower extremities (OC) or lower extremities (LSO).<\/span>
\n 3 \u2013 (8 patients) \u2013 surgical profile: varicose veins of lower extremities (VVLE \u2013 3), arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities (AOLE \u2013 3) and chronic pyelonephritis in the acute stage (CPNA \u2013 2). Treatment of patients with VVLE and AOLE using TR3, 4 overlaying FCE on the calf, thigh and foot led to a decrease in the severity and lower extremity edema (VVLE), reducing pain in feet with warming (AOLE). And treatment CPNA, performed using TR2, 3, 7 and overlaying FCE in the lumbar, directly in the area of pain, would lead to its gradual reduction from session to session, complete disappearance of hyperthermia and dysuric manifestation on 7th and 10th day respectively, improvement of laboratory parameters of urinary symptoms.<\/span>
\n 4 \u2013 (12 patients) \u2013 internal medicine: peptic ulcer of the duodenum (PUD\u2013 1), chronic relapsing pancreatitis (CRP \u2013 1), community-acquired pneumonia (CAP \u2013 2), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD \u2013 2), bronchial asthma (BA \u2013 1), morbus hypertonicus I-\u041f d. (MH \u2013 3), cardiopsychoneurosis (CPN \u2013 1), coronary artery disease and stable angina (CAD \u2013 1). Treatment regimen was as follows: patients with PUD used TR2, 3, 5, 7 overlaying FCE on pyloroduodenal area, patients with CRP \u2013 TR2, 5 overlaying FCE Mayo-Robson area (angle between the spine and R12 to the left edge), patients with CAP, BA and COPD were prescribed TR1. In the case of difficulty with sputum in COPD against the background of traditional methods (bromhexine, salbutamol, etc.) were used EW with TR7 and FCE \u0441 TR2, 3. In these cases, FCE placed on the front surface of the chest and in CAP \u2013 in the projection of the infiltration of lung tissue, and in BA and COPD \u2013 over where wheezing most were audible. Treatment of cardiac patients was conducted as follows: patients with CAD were prescribed TR2, 3, 4 overlaying FCE over the sternum and supraclavicular and subclavian sites to the left (at the location of pain) occasionally \u2013 on the left shoulder or shoulder blade (in the zone of irradiation), which subject to periodic movements during one day of treatment increased the effect, in patients with CPN \u2013 TR2, 3, 4 dislocation of FCE was over the location of the pain, the left supraclavicular area, superciliary sites, temples, neck area, patients with hypertension \u2013 TR2, 4 overlaying FCE on the neck, thoracic spine, shoulders, hands, shins (consistently passing through all sections from top to bottom). During and after treatment, improvement of subjective feelings was shown \u2013 in PUD \u2013 decreased epigastric pain during the day, pain at night and morning fasting stopped entirely; in CRP \u2013 pain disappeared against the diet background, reduced dyspeptic symptoms, became thicker stool, increased weight; in CAP, as in COPD and BA, pain disappeared during deep breathing, improved its quality, significantly improved sputum; in patients with MH, CPN and CAD disappeared painful manifestations during moderate physical activity. Objectively, in PUD and CRP kept only minor discomfort during palpation; in CAP, COPD and BA \u2013 wheezing stopped, improved the general condition of patients, including sleep and mood, increased motor activity, decreased irritability. Instrumental studies showed that by endoscopy in patients with PUD ulcer was not found, the process of active healing; in CRP by ultrasonic scanning edema was not detected, several areas of fibrotic changes; radiographically: on-site infiltration \u2013 increased lung marking in COPD and BA, moderate manifestations of emphysema; in CAD improved coronary circulation, according to ECG: in MH, ABP fell by 15-20% compared to the level that was before the appointment of traditional antihypertensive therapy; in laboratory studies revealed a slight increase in ESR in CAP and a slight eosinophilia in BA.<\/span>
\n 5 \u2013 (6 patients) \u2013 childhood diseases: acute respiratory viral infection with acetonemic syndrome (ARVI \u2013 4), acute nonobstructive bronchitis (ANB \u2013 1), dyskinesia of the gallbladder (DGB \u2013 1). First of all, there was a significant improvement in patients with ARVI \u2013 gradually decreased body temperature from 38,5 — 39\u00b0 \u0421 to normal, noted the disappearance of rhinopharyngitis manifestations, level of acetonemia from \u00ab++++\u00bb during the day fell to \u00ab++\u00bb, and in 3-4 days disappeared completely (used structured with TR7 drinking water \u2013 half a cup 3 times a day, as well as EW in TR7 and FCE with TR1, 2, 4 was applied to the feet and the thoracic spine).<\/span>
\n In a patient with acute bronchitis during the day improved sputum, in 2-4 days decreased the number of wheezing in the lungs, and in a week later symptoms disappeared completely (TR1 used with FCE to the front surface of the chest in areas of the projection of the maximum congestion wheezing). In a patient with DGB in 2 days decreased nausea and bitter taste in the mouth, improved appetite, and a week later stopped the pain in the anatomical projection of the gallbladder, on which for the treatment FCE was applied with TR2, 5.<\/span>
\n The control group was not determined. Follow-up period was limited to the contract, but it was enough.<\/span>
\n In accordance with the Instruction, patients with acute pathology, such as neuritis of the facial and trigeminal nerve, community-acquired pneumonia, acute bronchitis, received treatment within 7-10 days (3-5 sessions per day total duration of no more than 120 minutes per day using \u0427\u041a\u042d locally and EW with TR7 of systemic action), patients with chronic diseases \u2013 within 21 days (1 session of 120 minutes per day on a specific area).<\/span>
